Yaw Aviation was founded to help pilots succeed in today’s competitive airline hiring environment.
In 2023, our team conducted a high volume of pilot interviews and simulator assessments for both Captain and First Officer positions. What became clear was that many qualified candidates were falling short not due to a lack of potential, but because they were underprepared for the structured recruitment process.
From resumes that failed automated screening systems, to missed marks in technical interviews and simulator evaluations, talented pilots were being overlooked. With the right guidance and preparation, many of them would have secured the job.
Yaw Aviation exists to change that.
Our team is made up of highly experienced airline professionals, each with over 20 years of international flying experience on advanced widebody aircraft. They’ve served as Chief Pilots, Check Airmen, Training Captains, and senior airline managers and hold respected industry honors, including Fellowship of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS).
We haven’t just sat on hiring panels, we’ve designed recruitment processes for major airlines. We know exactly what airlines are looking for, and we bring that insight to every service we offer.
