Terms and Conditions
The terms under which we provide coaching, mentoring and career document services.
Services
Yaw Aviation provides career consultancy, mentoring, interview preparation, assessment preparation and career document services. We do not provide flight instruction or issue licences or ratings.
No guarantee of employment
Our services improve your preparation and presentation. We cannot and do not guarantee an interview invitation, assessment pass or offer of employment from any airline.
Bookings and payment
Sessions are confirmed on payment. Fees are quoted before booking and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled session may be charged in full.
Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching is treated as confidential and is used solely to deliver your service.
Intellectual property
Materials, templates and documents provided to you are for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
